This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through Gabriola Home & Garden Ltd, including online orders with in-store pickup and in-store purchases.
Items that are unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of pickup or purchase with a receipt for a refund or exchange.
Returns without a receipt may be eligible for store credit at the current selling price.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of pickup or purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Online orders are for in-store pickup only. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification that the order is ready. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled and refunded.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Store credit may be issued where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
